Sadies Macaroni And Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the eggs and refrigerate until needed.
  2. Cook, and peel the shrimp. Refrigerate until ready to mix.
  3. Cook macaroni, chill in iced water to cool, then drain.
  4. In a large bowl, mix macaroni, shrimp, onions, celery, olives, pickles, salt and pepper and toss well, then add chopped eggs and gently toss to mix.
  5. Spoon on the dressing and gently toss to mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Note: Sadie is from Natchitoches, Louisiana, is pronounced [NAK-ah-dish]. I never met her but her salad is a real crowd pleaser.
