  1. Youse a hob to oven casserole dish for this dish
  2. Brown of youre chicken breast in a little olive oil take out and put to the side.
  3. Add a little more oil and add charizo fry on a medium to low heat.
  4. Add chopped peppers and onion fry for another 5 mins.
  5. Add you potatoes and garlic cloves cook for further 5-10 mins
  6. Put youre chicken back in add youre paprika give it a stirr.
  7. Add youre red wine put a lid on youre dish cook for 10 mins low heat.
  8. Put into oven and cook at 150oC for 40-50 mins.
  9. Check youre dish every 20 mins give a stirr and tase add youre seasoning to taste.
