Ingredients:

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Toss potatoes and onions with the seasonings.
  2. Heat oil in nonstick skillet.
  3. Add potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Turn potatoes and cook another 15 minutes.
