Ingredients:

  • bar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • filling
  • 8 oz. of cream cheese (save two oz for topping)
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teasp of vanilla
  • frosting
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • reserved 2 oz of cream cheese
  • 3 cups of confectioner's sugar
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Melt margarine and square of chocolate.
  4. Add remaining bar ingredients. Mix well. Spread in pan.
  5. In a small bowl mix all the filling ingredients, except the chips til smooth and fluffly. Spread over bar mixture and then sprinkle the chocolate chips over all.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. (check with toothpick, to see if it comes out clean)
  7. Sprinkle marshmallow over the top and bake another 2 minutes.
  8. Melt remaining butter, milk, cream cheese, chocolate.
  9. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Pour over marshmallows and swirl together with a chopstick. Cool. Cut in bars.
  10. Serve and stand back from the stampede.
