Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Mustard and Apple Flavors

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Mustard and Apple Flavors Recipe

  3. Makes 2 servings
  4. Wash pork tenderloin and trim of excess fat
  5. Mix together remaining ingredients
  6. Coat pork with marinade and set in refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  7. Roast at 370 degrees for approx 15-20 minutes or until cooked throughly.
