Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Break or cut cauliflower in to similar sized pieces
  3. Place cauliflower on a baking sheet and drizzle with Olive Oil
  4. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
  5. Toss to coat the cauliflower
  6. Roast for 30 to 40 minutes until the cauliflower is browned
  7. Make sure to shake or turn the pieces a couple of times during roasting.
