Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring broth to boil over medium heat in heavy saucepan.
  2. Add uncooked rice, lower heat and cover, leaving lid slightly vented for steam to escape.
  3. Cook rice thoroughly, about 25-30 minutes.
  4. Taste for doneness.
  5. If still hard, add more broth or water and continue to simmer.
  6. Add chopped giblets and chopped hard boiled eggs.
  7. Season to taste.
