Ingredients:

  • 100 g lentils
  • 300 g rice
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Soak Rice and Dal separately for 6 hours.
  2. Grind Dal and Rice, and leave the mix overnight
  3. Add Salt
  4. Steam cook in a pressure cooker using Idly Stand
