Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups red lentils
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice
  • 5 cups of water
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put together lentils, rice, water. Bring to a boil, then bring down to a simmer for about 45 minutes.
