Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients in the order listed. If you start with the frozen fruit, you may have a hard time getting it moving. I like to use strong flavored fruit such as the mixed berries bag.
  2. This recipe will fill a regular blender to the top, so you may have to add the frozen fruit a little at a time as the entire mixture gets pureed so that it doesn't overflow on you. Blend on high until the smoothie is turning freely on its own.
  3. Serve immediately or store in fridge for later! The whole family, including my kids, loves this too!
