Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet with lid.
  2. Put in chopped onion and saute till translucent
  3. Add the uncooked rice and saute and stir till rice begins to become lightly brown
  4. Last 30 sec of sauting add the minced garlic
  5. Add the cup of salsa and the 2 cups of chicken broth.
  6. Bring to a boil reduce heat to low and cover.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes.
  8. Enjoy
