Really Really Good Spanish Rice

Extremely easy, quick spanish rice recipe that in my opinion rivals most of the resturants I've been to.
Ingredients:
2 tbls evoo, less if you want as it will tolerate less oil
2 tbls chopped onions
1 clove minced garlic
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 cup chunky salsa your choice
2 cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet with lid.
2. Put in chopped onion and saute till translucent
3. add the uncooked rice and saute and stir till rice begins to become lightly brown
4. Last 30 sec of sauting add the minced garlic
5. Add the cup of salsa and the 2 cups of chicken broth.
6. Bring to a boil reduce heat to low and cover.
7. Cook for 20 minutes.
8. Enjoy
