Raw Apple Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Mix first three ingredients together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. Turn into greased and floured 8x4 loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Cool 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan.
  7. Cool on rack 10 minutes.
  8. Wrap in foil while still warm.
