Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 -2 tsp milk , to thin
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 350° for 50 minutes in 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Blend all icing ingredients well and cover cake generously.
