Liisa's Best Banana Nut Bread - really-it's that good!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream the oil, sugar, eggs together.
  2. Add the mashed bananas.
  3. Sift the dry ingredients together and add slowly to the creamed mixture.
  4. Add the milk and vanilla.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Bake in a greased and parchment lined pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
