  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until fluffy. Add bananas. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Combine both mixtures. Add walnuts, coriander, vanilla and cinnamon. Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
