Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cream sugar, eggs and butter.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Add mashed bananas, nuts, cinnamon and vanilla.
  5. Cook in greased loaf pan for about an hour.
  6. For small-medium muffins; 20-30 minutes.
