Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. · Cream together butter, sugars and eggs, beat well.
  2. · Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. · Drop with small ice cream scoop on greased or papered cookie sheet.
  4. · Bake for 8-10 minutes in a 350° oven.
