Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, corn flakes, sugars, raisins and coconut.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
  4. Mix till well blended.
  5. Mix in chocolate chips.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix flour salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  7. Add flour mixture and stir until it is all incorporated into the dough.
  8. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until nicely browned.
  9. Cool on a wire rack.
