Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On medium heat, melt butter in a non stick pan, add mushrooms & onions saute until cooked.
  2. Mix boullion with hot water and add to pan.
  3. Add barley, cook stirring occasionally until broth has cooked down so only a very small amount of liquid remains in bottom of pan.
  4. Add cream continue cooking and stirring until most of the liquid has cooked down.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
