Quickly Chickpeas!!

  1. Over med-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil, add onions and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Lower heat to medium, add garlic and jalapeno peppers and stir fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the other teaspoon of oil, chickpeas/garbanzo beans and salt and pepper to taste and let fry for 1 minute.
  4. Lower heat to low, cover and let simmer-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Enjoy with some hot sauce if you please!
