Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease 10 inch deep pie plate
  2. Combine butter, cream, green onions, biscuit mix and 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Blend well with mixer and pour into pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle batter with cheese and ham. Push meat below surface with back of spoon.
  4. Beat eggs in same mixing bowl and pour over ham and cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until center sets.
  6. Allow to sit at room temperature about 10 minutes before slicing.
