Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix and Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Stir in grated cheese.
  3. Beat eggs and add milk and shortening to eggs!
  4. Add this liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring JUST ENOUGH to blend them together.
  5. DO NOT OVER-MIX!
  6. Pour into a well-greased 9x5-inch bread pan.
  7. Bake at 350*F.
  8. For 45-60 minutes.
