Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion, jalepeno and garlic in oil till fragrant. Add cumin and stir till fragrant. Add tomato.
  2. Add one can on black beans and 1/2 cup broth.
  3. Bring to simmer and let simmer till tomato starts to break down.
  4. Puree 1/2 of soup in blender and return to pan add other can of black beans and heat through.
  5. Garnish with sour cream and avocado.
