Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 package splenda
  • 2 package truvia

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender, then blend on high until smooth, thick, and creamy.
  2. Serve in a bowl or glass, depending upon your preference. Serve immediately.
