Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup soymilk or 1/4-1/2 cup rice milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger , scant
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg , scant
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves, scant

Directions:

  1. Combine all in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add additional milk if too thick.
