Ingredients:

  • 2.25 cup oat bran
  • 0.25 cup, packed sugars, brown
  • 0.5 tsp, ground cardamom
  • 0.25 tsp ginger, ground
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.75 cup milk, nonfat , fluid
  • 1 large egg, whole
  • 2 large egg, white
  • 3 tbsp pure us grade a clover honey
  • 1 serving pure canola oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients except raisins and mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Gently stir in plumped raisins (can use plumped cranberries as well).
  5. Spoon evenly into 12 paper lined muffin tin. Bake 15-18 minutes or until brown.
