Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare 9x13 pan.
  3. In mixer, mix together butter, egg whites, and sugar.
  4. Add pumpkin and applesauce. Mix.
  5. Mix together dry ingredients.
  6. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix well.
  7. Fold in cranberries.
  8. Press into pan. Use wax paper to press evenly.
  9. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  10. Let cool completely.
  11. Cut into 12 bars.
