Apple Pumpkin Healthy Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups applesauce
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugars, egg and vanilla together add apples and pumpkin and mix.
  2. Add dry ingrdients and mix.
  3. Batter will be moist.
  4. Place by rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
  6. Bake cookies in preheated 350 degree overn for 12 to 15 minutes.
