Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat until well mixed.
  3. Turn into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Cool completely before slicing.
