Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Add blended egg and oil.
  3. Add remaining 5 ingredients.
  4. Grease and flour loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
