Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare a deep greased tin (approx8 x 6 ).
  2. Pre-Heat the oven to Gas 4 / 180C / 350F.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients in one bowl.
  4. Mix Dry Ingredients in another bowl.
  5. Combine Together.
  6. Pour into tin.
  7. Cook for 1 hr or until a knife in the centre comes out clean.
  8. The cooking time really varies on the size of the tin.
  9. Cool on a wire rack.
  10. Whip the cream.
  11. Mix Cheese, Sugar and Vanilla together and then add the whipped cream.
  12. Spread over the top of cooled cake.
  13. Decorate with Walnuts.
