Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 3 oz. soy milk , vanilla
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix together and nuke for 2 minutes or according to the directions on your oatmeal container....you are just substituting half of the water for soy milk
