Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broth
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup broccoli

Directions:

  1. Cut and cook potatos and broccoli.
  2. Grill onions and garlic in a frying pan.
  3. Combine ingredients in a casserole dish.
  4. Heat broth and stir in cottage cheese slowly.
  5. Pour sauce over ingredients and mix.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and back for 30 to 40 minutes at 200 degrees (celcius).
