Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put your fav spread on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Put a heavy fry pan on to heat; cast iron would be best. You could also use a toaster that opens to taost sandwiches.
  3. Layer your turkey and cheese on one slice and top with the other. Add coleslaw at this time if you are using it.
  4. Spread a thin layer of butter on the outside of each piece of bread.
  5. Put the sandwich in the fry pan and weight it down with a plate topped with a heavy can of veggies, or whatever you have.
  6. When one side is done, flip over and weight it down again, cooking until the cheese is melted and both slices of bread are toasted.
  7. Plate, slice, and enjoy!
  8. Maybe with a few chips, a nice kosher pickle, and a big glass of your fav beverage?
