Ingredients:

  • 1/2 loaf good bread (i used some homemade potato bread)
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1 small (or 1/2 medium) onion chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup. butter or margarine
  • if you are missing any of these ingredients (except the bread) skip it or substitute something else.

Directions:

  1. Mix it all together and put it in the crock pot
  2. Top with sauteed chicken
  3. Cook on low for about an hour and a half
