Pork Tenderloin Cutlets With Cranberry Maple Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pound pork slices until 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large, heavy frying pan, heat butter and oil over medium heat.
  4. Add pork and sauté for about 3 minutes or until cooked, turning once.
  5. Remove pork and set aside.
  6. Add onion to frying pan and sauté for 2 minutes or until tender.
  7. Stir in stock, vinegar, syrup and cranberries; bring to a boil.
  8. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Return pork to mixture and heat through.
