Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3-4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Cut pork into chunks and marinate overnight.
  3. Barbecue on skewers or broil in the oven.
