Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken until it pulls from the bone, then shred or chop into pieces
  2. Run the water the chicken was cooked in through a strainer to remove all fat pieces
  3. Add canned chicken broth if needed
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup, sausage, chicken and all other ingredients EXCEPT potatoes
  5. Simmer on low heat for about 2 hours
  6. Add potatoes about 30-40 minutes before serving
