  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees, scrub potatoes, and prick all over with a fork, place in shallow baking pan do not use glass, bake 55 to 60 minutes, until tender.
  2. Set oven to broil when potatoes are done, cut potatoes lengthwise in half, mash down the sides slightly with fork, spoon pineapple over cut sides of potatoe, top with brown sugar cinnamon and sunflower nuts.
  3. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until brown sugar is bubbly and serve....
