Impossible Blender Pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are well blended.
  4. Pour mixture into a 10-inch, slightly greased, pie pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. May be eaten warm, but refrigerate any leftovers.
