Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp lemons
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup pecans or 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla, lemon juice and eggs. In another bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl mash 4 bananas and chop 1. Combine bananas with sour cream. Add the flour mix to the butter mix. Stir in banana mix and nuts (optional). Pour into 2 greased 9X5 loaf pans. Bake at 350F for about 1 1/2 hours.
