Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 cups buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with egg beater
  2. Pour by cupfuls onto preheated waffle iron
  3. Bake 5 minutes
