Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Slice onion thin,mix all ingredients,and marinate for 24 hours.
