Pesto Pasta Salad (Cindy)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta rinse with cold water, drain well
  2. Cut cherry or tomatoes in half
  3. Cube mozzarella cheese
  4. Toast fresh pine nuts lightly TOASTER OVEN: place on small baking pan spread out, toast for a few minutes until nuts just start to lightly brown. OR STOVE TOP: in small skillet (non-stick is best) heat nuts on low for a few minutes gently shaking the pan until nuts just start to lightly brown.
  5. Place all ingredients into a large bowl
  6. Mix together with pesto to evenly coat
  7. Serve room temp
