Directions:

  2. Toss all but the butter together and place in a casserole dish.
  3. Top with butter.
  4. Place in oven for 30 minutes uncovered.
  5. Toss all and bake for 30 more minutes at 400 degrees.
  6. Garnish with additional salt and lemon if desired.
