Marinated Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 2/5 lb tilapia fillets

Directions:

  1. Combine first seven ingredients for marinade. Place fish fillets in zip-lock bag; pour marinade over fish, seal bag, and distribute marinade evenly. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  2. Cook on outdoor grill until fish flakes with a fork (about 5 minutes per side), or bake in oven.
