Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp melted bacon drippings or 1 tbsp other fat
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Score potatoes; brush with melted fat.
  2. Roll potatoes in mixture of crushed corn flakes, paprika, and salt.
  3. Bake covered in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish in hot oven (425°F) about 45 minutes.
