Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice and parboil potato slices almost tender and drain.
  2. In saute pan with some oil saute onions and peppers until tender.
  3. Add the potatoes and sauasge and cook and saute until potatoes are tender and browned.
  4. Add garlic and cook several minutes.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Some sliced fresh mushrooms may also be added when sauting the onions and peppers.
  7. A tasty side dish!
