Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 12 inch skillet, heat oil and brown sausage.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Add peppers, potatoes, onion mix and water.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce to low and simmer, covered 20 minutes.
  6. Return sausage and simmer another 5 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
